Saturday-June 13, 2009

So where was I? Oh yes I fell down and hit my knee on the tile floor. I am OK for the most part. My knee is severely bruised and my whole body aches. Let me start from my story though of our camping trip.
When we went to bed that night after we ate. All was good, we were all warm and stress free, until...3:00 AM rolled around. I was awake freezing for about an hour when Anna woke up and had to go to the bathroom. I did too, but I was too cold to move. I was sleeping on a twin sized air mattress all by myself, which I thought at the time was great. So, here I am freezing and rolled up like a burrito, when Anna wakes up. I asked her what the problems was, and she had to pee. The outhouses were a good trek away. So I stayed in the tent with Gigi, who was still sound asleep. Jeremy and Ana head to the bathroom. As I am laying there shivering, I see a shadow cross our tent. At first I thought it was Jeremy, but then a strange shape took form. It looked like an ax, or a homemade version of one. I thought Jeremy had picked up a piece of wood on his way back and was trying to scare me. I said out loud, "Jeremy is that suppose to look like an ax?", no response, then moments later Jeremy and Anna return. I asked him about the whole ax thing, and he had no clue. Not the playing stupid, no clue, but genuinely no clue. So that the only thing weird that happened. Back to the bathroom thing, after the ax situation I was warm enough to make my trek to the bathrooms. When I get back we discovered that the air mattress that Jeremy and the girls were sharing had deflated, probably due to us losing the plug. So everyone was cold, except Gigi that is who was still sound asleep, so all four of us piled in my twin air mattress and snuggled up together. It wasn't that bad. Then around six when the sun was already up Gigi woke up. Then the dog, I was already awake from almost falling off the bed all night. I woke Jeremy up to go get food and him and Gigi left. Me and Anna went back to sleep for a while. When Jeremy got back we went into Flagstaff to buy some sleeping bags.
When we came back we had some new neighbors, three boys and one girl, in their early twenties. They had started a fire then left. When they came back we found they had a dog too, no sleeping bags and a lot of alcohol. So that is when we decided to head for home. All in all it was a great first camping experience. It took nine years for Jeremy to convince me to go camping, and I'm glad that he, or the circumstances, finally made me go.

Now on to the situation at home. It has only gotten worse. Cheri and Blair are now telling the rest of my family and anyone who will listen that I am bipolar and that I don't take care of my children. They are saying more than that but that is the most damning. I will not forgive them any of this. Nor will I forgive Blair's bitter words about,Jeremy and I causing Bill and Cheri's financial situation. So we are working secretly on getting out of our lease here, and into a new place. We cannot subject our children to the stress and anxiety thathas now filled this house. I'll keep you up dated on that situation.
